Default Convert 5101i to 5101e?

Is this possible?

I've just bought the wrong modem and it's useless as it is.

Is there a way to convert this modem to run on EuroDOCSIS?

As far as I'm aware the i-docsis version has a different tuner, and is not capable of functioning in a eurodocsis area.

I've just double checked and I'm in an International area anyway so the modem should work for me.

My other Moto is an SB5101e, that's where the confusion came in.

Hopefully this will be cool when I get 'round to it.
