I am trying to create a network bridge (I think its called that) with two different routers. The reason for this is online play with my PS3 which MUST be plugged into a router via an ethernet cable to allow this. I have a D-LINK DSL-2640R connected to the wall socket which is ADSL, this is located downstairs. I have a spare NETGEAR DG834GT which I am trying to connect to the D-Link via a wireless connection a place it upstairs, it needs to be wireless as I cant have a cable trailing up the stairs and round the house. I need to know the exact settings for the routers or as good as I can get as I dont really know about router/internet settings etc.
Thank you in advance. Scott |
