R4i3d card problem - HELP!

Hi, hoping that someone will be able to help. Im not very computer literate so would like advice in plain english if possible thanks

I bought a R4i3d card with usb adapter & 8gb media card. (revolution for dsixl/dsill/dsi/dsl/ds) - i have a ds lite.

Ive tried to download the information required and ive hit a wall. ive googled and downloaded and still no further forward. been on the redi3d site and couldnt understand it.

ive tried to copy the info off the r4 card of my sons but this doesn't work either. when im putting info on the card im just getting to blank white screens.

when googling various sites it says something about "moon???" but none of this info is on the card.

Can anyone give me a clue on what should be on the card, and / or how to download this. Ive formatted the card so there is nothing on it at present so got a blank canvas again.

sorry for gabbling been trying to do this since 7pm and now losing the will to live

1. Format the MicroSD
2. Download the latest version of kernel (Visit the URL on the packaging). after downloading, extract the file to the root of your MicroSD card.
4. Insert the MicroSD card in your R4i3D.
5. Insert the R4i3D in your DS.
6. Done. Enjoy.

someone knows what can I do to find firmware?
I have tried to find it on official web site but there is no kernel sw on that.
Any help will appreciated
