Hi I am new to the site with a problem. My V box cuts of recording about 2 minutes before the programme ends. Also it shows the programme as being 1.15 minutes long but cuts off 11 minures into recording. Virgin have rebooted the box but to no avail, can anyone help

If you are a subscriber then call them out and tell them you are not getting what you are paying them for, if you are not then I don't know what you need to d. As you said Virgin rebooted the box then I assume you are paying them for something they, by you not having a box suitable to your needs, not supplying you with.

m8 go into v+ record settins then scroll down to extra settins and there u can change the time when u wont a program to start and finish...
