I was using the pehla smart card with humax receiver and they asked me to change it to connect receiver. Once i changed it i have stopped receiving cartoon network, animal planet, tcm, boomerang, nat geo wild and sky news.

I have orbit receiver in my living room with showtime kids package with same above mentioned channels, is this due to that.
Please advise.

Did you tell them you lost some of your programming by changing cards??

Maybe call them and have them send your package to the card again..
