Default Starview unhappy customers add your name here

anyone got a starview and due to recent events have no channels and have or are losing faith in a company that obviously doesnt give a donkeys toast about its customers leave your name on this thread.

maybe starview will read this and it will give them a push in the right direction, customers vote with their feet get a crap service and dont go back get a good service and we stay and pay more.

regards dave

lol, nice try but I doubt any mere forum thread will have the slightest impact on the people who operate the Starview server.

As with all CS, it can cease at any instant. As a subscriber to this service you should be be fully aware of this fact and be prepared to live with it !

With a bit of luck the service will be back shortly but if it isn't, then it isn't. Nothing much anybody can do about it.

Dave they did not take a blind bit of notice about any of there previous boxes getting no support, this one will be the same m8 they could not give a toss, they have made their money so they are so to speak quids in.

Why people buy them who knows they never learn from past experiences look at Ireland, after 5 mts all gone not a box working, i think that summs it all up.

to put in a Nutshell of what is stated above by the coder is

There is NO guarantees in this Business. Its all about the profits and that is clearly what C/S is really about

Wether this is on cable or sat. It doesnt make any difference.

I wasnt too bothered when my box went off yesterday but its still not working todays aswell an its really pis***g me off now, starview your service is a bag of s**t, no one from SV can give us a update as to what is happening with the service. The only F**k**g update youve given us is when the boxes going off

The NW area is totally f**k*d.

I'm not excusing SV for the poor service. However, I can understand SV not updating people when servers are down or providing any sort of communication. Why would they want to incriminate themselves? The more trails you leave the easier it is to prosecute!

So you can give us the link for an official Kryptview site with all these announcements then?

The site you keep advertising for sales does not have any such service status announcements.
