You would hope so but it seems that the SV bigwigs continuously make bad choices when it comes to finding places to station equipment. Rather than leaving it with people who are at least semi-technical they appear to favour leaving it with people who are already known to the Police.

Still, with their track record, I imagine they would have difficulty persuading anyone with half a braincell to actually do the job !
