Copied dreambox 7020si major problem

i bought a dreambox from chine i know i shouldnt have but like a tit i am i did , any way every thing seems fine with the box but when i put it on a free channel or any channel that shows a pic the voices go like robotic sounding and the picture flickers and pixelates badly i presume it is the tuner , can any one tell me if it is or tell me where i can get a replaement tuner the tuner on this one has like a little micro chip on it or can any one here reccon they can fix it i am pre[pared to pay them.
