m8 what you are saying may be technically correct (or not). The point is it doesn't matter, you are not getting a refund from anyone. ( I don't know where you bought your box but it's irelevant )

If/ when you do please come back and let us know. I will then apologise for my lack of belief in you. ;-)

Until then there is no point continuing to go over the same ground.

If that is the case then you should persue it through the correct channels, if you dare.

Thumbs up Re: Starview 7 (Just a thought)

well there is a few points here

first of all you cant connect any other equipment apart from what VM have supplied you with to there network.

So you already broke rule number 1 by connecting a Starpoo with a DVB C tuner to there line

Secondly... As stated above by many folks in regards to buying a box, because you clearly had intention in defrauding VM in the first place which is why you bought it. Now saying that you wanted a refund because the server has gone down and you state that the box is no longer powering up is one thing

If the box is faulty they wil try and repair it... If they cant then you will be offered a replacement... However IF its been tampered with in way shape or form, then you luck has just run out.

I doubt you will get any refund @ all. And if you have flashed it with the wrong software then its Defo GAME OVER!!!

I agree with clio and everyone else who posted on this thread.
