Xbox freezes with kinect

Everytime i turn the xbox on with kinect plugged in it lasts for about 10 mins then makes a high pitched sound and the screen freezes, it is the cream coloured xbox 360 im using with 2 memory cards, but i have enough space coz i had to delete the memory cards in order to update my xbox to play kinect, ive afeeling its my xbox thats goosed, anyone of you expert guys got any idea, i welcome anything you have to say. THANKS PEOPLE

sounds like the gpu is about to go, if you can test the kinect & game on another console see if it does the same thing maybe a mate or family will let you test it, if it dosnt do anything to other console then id either buy a new one as gpu's can be a pain to fix unless you send it to microshaft they will charge you.
