Hi there, to anyone who can help, I have a D4000 stb, already chipped as per say, well the problem with it now is that it freezes at powering up, wont go past that screen where it says **Virgin Media Powering Up please wait .......**, on the TV screen, and on the box, just one single green light on, it wont turn off at the power button nor would it change, any sugestions would be welcome, its at the SW16 area of london.

have you checked theeng menu to see if it has lost its net id, this can sometimes happen if you have a power surge

ie. Does the 4000 have a jumper ? and does ex-TW reset Net ID ?

do what it says in my previous post you dont need to know your pin number and you'll get all channels showing

you'll need to do it daily as the channels automatically lock again but it does this even if you know the pin

I have checked and it has lost it, I took the jumper off as directed by a guy and its changed to 9999, what next, help plz

You need to reset net id with net id v2 files on a fun card, you need bk and ird , either by reading card or jtag.
