Hi, well currently i have 2 subbed modems with Virmin (neither is flashed), ambit 255 & 256. My question is, what is the likelihood of both of these modems to stop working if i were to activate the new 'super hub' modem they are going to send me? (i assume i will have to ring them to activate it as was the case on the previous ones).

I read on here that a virgin man turns up to put your hub modem on, something to do with testing the line. If he does he might asked for your old modem.

Well, i popped out and missed the delivery of it

, so i guess no technician is coming around, im just a bit pessimistic about wether to actually activate it now or wait til April when the updated speeds roll out in my area..Has anyone got the new super hub modem? if so did you have to activate it the same way as previous ones?
