Eurovox max (07) not finding all channels

I just got this Eurovox max box, i think its a 07 one but i dont really know how to tell . With that powerscan it picked up a lot of channels but missed some out like basically all the mt* music channels it only found dance. Ive connected it through n*l digital and also does this box work with a satellite dish such as sky? can anyone help me on how to get the rest of the music channels.

did you scan in full mode as normal wont find much, if your box came in a red cardboard box its 2007 if blue box its 2006

Another way to tell the difference between a 2006 & 2007 model if the box is missing is:-

In the 2006 model if you look down on the machine from above, where the air vents are (rear,right hand corner) you will see the SILVER 'RF' tuner extending 12 slots in length.
In the 2007 model this only extends 8 slots in length.

As for the missing channels, they are more than likely on the one band (eg 387Mhz), if this is the case it could be a poor signal coming into the box, and more so if the missing band (freq) is at either end of the range.
