have you tried removing the jumper inside the box next to the big battery?

right tried that,still the same when you try to boot up and no access to engineers menu just says diag on display nothing on the tv .i think i need a miracle or something

never seen diag before mate? my box only ever had tune on the display and the sorry to interrupt your viewing on the screen, try removing the jumper again and give it 5 mins this time, then the reboot after that. its worth a try..

sorry mate my mistake it says dia9 on the display when i try to enter the engineers menu otherwise it just says tune.ive took the box apart and it appears to be a refurbished unit one of the tuners seems newer than the other ie the one closest to the front is this the downfeed tuner it had a lot of old flux around it cleaned this off no effect.could this s**t corrode the connections? cheers will try jumper again not holding out much hope think i may try resoldering the tuners connections.cheers

I've just put the jumper back in i'm going to do as you suggest and leave it on for a while see what happens.cheers for all your help mate.if anybody has any suggestions fire them in. many thanks

hi can some one please help me i got pace box ditv-1000 i force start 4321
and it keeps on runing with codes and never stops i have to unplug to stop
and the second is when i get the red jumper out and keep it out for few minute and put it back to go to eng menu it doesnt go it just says please wait loading software can some one please help needed here thanks
