Default manualy add ssp2?

hi all am trying to help a friend set up a new a780, seems to have all channels he wants except ssp2 we have rescanned a couple of times but no joy, is there anyway to manually add it?

excuse my ignorance, i deffo have the correct net id, but what do you mean by sw i did an upgrade on the box and it didnt make any difference if thats what you mean?

think its 2/1/11 I'm not at home to check my box, sometimes a channel will be missing for a few hours then comes back on

it's 3/1/11 try a reboot as well of router + box.

Iv'e checked my ss2 it's missing on mine, probably a few more without looking through all channels.

At teatime a M8 of mine 8 miles from you was all off and 15 miles from you I was all on. I've never been able to work it out but we all know if you leave it alone and make no changes it will do a ' Lazarus ' and if by magic walk again !

Yes, the all off's sub'd box .. .. was all on at the time !
