@quavis why is it that you "are you more than sure" kv server will be next, i'd say just being "sure" is quite confident but "more than sure" is beyond that. Say it like it is m8 your guessing kv will be next and you have nothing to go on other than your own opinion right ?...

Had a read on it and it certainly seems the way they should have went. It would be very expensive for either VM or Sky to take this route now tho.

Go to the SAT forum m8. You will need a dish, a DM500 (or other).

sorry if i sounded confident kv will be next only time will tell but i have no insider info !!!
i hope they dont go the way sv did to be honest but now that virmin have caused massive misery i cant see them holding back now to kill off any other cable shares...
and yeah its my opinion so i could be piing in the wind...
hopefully kv will run and run forever!!

SV were caught by pure accident they certainly werent looking for the server so werent intending to kill off anything. I dont think they will run forever but neither will other popular c/s type systems, nothing ever does in this game.

i have got a dish and i also have a starview combo the chap who set it up on the cable side can not be found now freeview is working fine on the sat side and a friend says it has the latest firmware on the box for sat i just need pointing in the right direction for the other way of getting my channels back i have searched the net to know avail
