HiYa reiss, don't be .. .. nervous .. .. you need to know :

- they glitch, infrequently for seconds .. .. sometimes
- they [ like yesterday ] go off .. .. sometimes
- they, when they [ the individual personal box ] are off, are off for minutes or up to 12 hours [ counting sleep time ] max

- but it can seem like days reading these threads, because :

- - its a geographical roulette, starts in the south and three days later ends in the north
- - but your owse / my individual owse is only off for a very short segment of the total time
- - but people in different parts of the UK continue post over a span of days and it looks like the end of the world .. .. it isn't !

You need to know 4 things by way of reassurance is (1) its paid for in 9 weeks (2) its still here and working and (3) has been since last Easter [ish ] (4) when it goes off it always comes back
