Been getting used to my new kryptview, started to rearrange my channels how I like them, saved the new order and when I powered the box up the next day, they were back as they were before! can I stop this somewhere?

Also, if I press -> epg -> weekly or daily epg -> info -> back x 2 I get the channel back on overlaid with a channel guide that has the channel name + whats on now and an option to view whats on next. This is the kind of thing I want to see when I press the OK button and not just a channel list. How can I access this channel guide directly as it's the best way to view channel info IMO?

Yes don't turn it off at night , because that is what will happen every time .

It sorts the channels like a subscribed box with the same categories etc and updates them when in standby.

so...I can never have my channels ordered as I like them! that sucks. another reason to miss my sv combo.
Can I back up my channels to the PC?

Mines is unplugged every night and channels always remain the same, you have to do the following..

Disable power scan mode.

Menu
System Settings
0000 password
Other Settings
Power Scan On/Off

Now move channels into one favourite and that can be of any order, and then this wil be your primary channel selection with nothing else showing.

Dont know how to help you on the epg thingy.

If you do a factory re set defo , not sure about just a re scan .

This is the better channel guide that I mentioned by pressing epg -> weekly or daily epg -> info -> back x 2
Don't know how to access it any other way.
