DreamBox 500S Sky Sports?

Hi, I am completely new to this whole area, and am wanting to get a DreamBox 500S so I can get Sky Sports free. My friend bought a 500S already set up with Sky Sports, so he can't help me, and I just want to check if it is still possible to get a Sky Sports feed on a 500S simply.

however you get it, it won't be free, there's no such thing as free $ky, believe me.
