Question 10meg on 120 modems and how 2 open a 256

Can the silver 120 cable modems be hacked to get 10meg?

Also, bit of dumb question I know, when trying to take a 256 modem apart, I took 2 screws out but still couldn't remove the cover. Do u have to use alot of force to open these modems?

Thanks

Question Re: 10meg on 120 modems and how 2 open a 256

Got it open now (Doh!)

Which is easier to flash/modify the silver 120 modem or a 256 (I only want 10meg) ?

Thanks

have fun with both of them, the 120 only takes Infinite (also sigma?) and the 256 needs spi flash, better off with a 250 or a motorola
