Default freeview glitching!

hi all my channels are working fine except for bbc1,2,itv,channel 4 and 5
does anyone no why? the signal is 56 and the q is 14

Whats the q on other channels ?

If it drops off rapidly on these few channels then you have some kind of frequency dependant problem. Either particular transducers are set too low or you have some frequency dependant loss because of your wiring.

Try connecting the box directly to the incoming cable feed - no splitters or any other cabling in between. If that doesn't help then the problem is either external to you or the box itself has some kind of tuner fault.

You will currently be experiencing a limited number of programmes to view on your Video On Demand services. Our engineers are aware of this issue and are currently working to fix it fast. We apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing.
Our engineers have advised this fault is taking longer to fix than expected. A new estimated repair time has been confirmed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing

this has been going on a long time and if u read other posts its not just Video on Demand services.
