I lost all channels yesterday including freeview. Tried rebooting then re-installing. The box seems fine as is the net and all connections. When I try to reinstall I no longer get the menu where you choose the cable network (I was using Birmingham 750). Any help would be much appreciated.

Menu ..... installation ...... 0000 ....... factory default box

1 choose auto scan
2 scan Network
3 press green button
4 wait for the list of Net Id to show
5 after you choose your correct Net Id press ok and leave the box alone

I've just tried that again-It gets to the final TV Channels screen, but doesnt find any channels on there.

u sure ur cable feed is live u pay subs?
