Default freeview

want to use sv 7 as freeview but weviewont scan channels hasnt had any software installed coz i baught it the day it all went tits up do they work as fr

it will not work as they are not freeview boxes, they are FTA (free to air boxes)
FTA channels are the ones associated with BBC and ITV plus a few minor channels like shopping and regardless of which firmware is on the box that is all you will be able to view.

i did post a list a few months ago of channels i can get,not sure where tho'... not a f/box but there is more than i expected..
