Default Samsung R519 problem

Hi, I have a Samsung R519 which keeps switching itself off. It wont work with the battery in, but has been ok running off the charger. Now it switches itself off at various times usually after a couple of minutes. Anyone any ideas please as the ------g thing is only 13 months old (just out of warranty).
Any help will be sincerey appreciated.

Sounds like an over heating problem, try cleaning out any dust/dirt, you can get quite a bit of it out using a vacuum cleaner through any vents.

If it is that also get a new battery and a laptop cooler just 2 keep it nice and cool as most laptops overheat and that will make it shutdown....
