My old Packhard bell PC Is playing up.I have tryed a few things to get it going again but to no avail.I am thinking of building a PC for the first time.Can i use the old packhard bell case or should i start with a new case.

It's not always true with some of cases, but it is generally. Also, cases are relatively cheap

A computer is a device, You will be able to create a custom machine that absolutely matches your needs. It will be upgrade easier to machine your machine in the future because you will accept it completely.
