Default scrambled or no signal

hi guys just lately ive been getting lots of no signal or scrambled messages on my kryptview box.

the signal and the Q(whatever this means) are usually quite high,i was just wondering what causes this because its starting to take the p1$$.

is there a stronger splitter i can use as i have v+,modem and kryptview coming out of the same 1?

or do i need faster internet,im on 10 meg?

thanks in advance

shouldn't be his xbox but it's Internet related and not the kv because signal levels are fine.

- deffo internet / cabling related, the answer is in "" 79 and q 82,when the message comes up it takes about 5 minutes ""

- the amount needed is minuscule, but something is sucking even the minuscule bit of data requirement

- it's nowt to do with the [ content ] splitter, it's the [ decode ] Ethernet lead

Is your son using Skype or has a headset / mike in use at the same time as the xbox ?

Is the box hard wired to the router or are you using wireless / plugs etc ? / try a different Ethernet cable

- in that case just pull the Ethernet [ send to the xBOX ] out of the router, what happens ?
- still the [ xBOX off line ] same ? swap for his Ethernet lead, what happens ?
