just bought one at computor fair told i could watch freeview plus pay for view for free all im am getting at the side of each program is like a green $ sign what is this? using ntl/virgin cable pls help

I currently have the same problem. been trying for around half hour trying to sort it so i have given up. help would be much appreiciated

go into menu, and just press 1 5 7 0 and this will take you to another menu. just turn the EMU on and your sorted.

i have also tried all this..my emu key is turned on but still i get the $ sign next to the channels like sky sports 1.2,3
i tried factory resetting it but still no luck and i have done automatic tuning but still no luck and every time it scans on ntl it fail to pick up any channels.
plz help me with any suggestions

have u tried a power scan
or re settng factory setting and pck your area again some will be ntl some telewest pick ntl and scan if you cant find ntl pick any and scan

if you have enabled your emu,..and still no picture,..it sounds
like you need the latest update

the doller sign is for channels you have to pay for,..the one,s
without are fta

make sure you have not got a clone (copy box)box if you update the software to v3.00 or v4.00 it will brick a clone box but v2.57 fixed will work on both clones and non clone boxes
