Eurovox Max Red box

Hi Guys.
A mate of mine who lives in Bolton recently bought a Eurovox Max Red Box, he has set the box up and he thinks he done a full powerscan but is missing sky sports 1 + 3 everything else including premplus is ok. Is it just a case of clearing data and doing another full powerscan ?
I noticed on G-Mail there is a firmware 15-3-07 for the Eurovox Red Box should i flash the box for him, what are the advantages of this new firmware!

the firmwares probably the same as what hes already got, just that someones renamed it with a different date to look new.I wouldnt even clear the data (although some people swear you should) just do another power scan
