what i am saying is that most ppl dont know were to get the firmwire from and not all ppl come on site like this yes its free but if you think ur box is dead and no good eg i would pay if i did not no i could get it for free plus thining my box is dead and no good any more i am not saying its right i am only saying fair play to him he is getting ppl boxes back on. When ppl got the boxes thinking 12 months off free channels and then off and making money at the same time. i no off one guy was selling the boxes and when it out off he was no were to be found?!! why dont you report it if you feel that strong about.

i agree,,, the seller is supplying a service which many people with starviews wont have a clue as to where to get the new firmware or fix from.
most of them would be unable to get their boxes working again without this ebay or gumtree sale so why not if he can help them that way then good luck to him, hes gathered the info and they need it.

i would have put an alternative advert offering it for free on ebay so people then have the choice rather than moaning about it or reporting it to ebay but then thats just me!

all of you sat in front of your monitor moaning on the forum about the seller should have acted rather than whining!

offer the same thing for free then let the customers decide!
