Ok I am very new to all of this so hopefully someone will be able to help me, just got a dreambox 500, I have got a 24 hours trial with a pay server.
I bought the Ultimate package which gets me all channels I believe, now I can get sky premiere 1 and +1 but no other movie channels, I cannot get any sky sports channels either apart from Man U and Liverpool TV, should I be able to get all of the channels? In the top right hand corner in the CCcam section the ND box is yellow but on the ones I can get are green. How do I get the channels to work? I just have a standard sky dish, I am also wanting the Sky Italia to watch the football but they also won't come on, not many channels will, can anyone please advice me as I have emailed the company but not got back to me and time is running out. The frist two signal strengths are brilliant, they are 86% and 92%, not sure what they mean though? Thanks in advance Last edited by G77; 24-03-11 at 03:26 PM. Reason: removed payserver details |

Check you have the latest channel list or do a fresh scan, contact the server operator to check what channels are available. We can't help with server specifics on this site.

Thanks very much for the reply, i can now get all of the sky channels but not sky italia, is that due to my dish do you think not being in the correct position? Would i need a motorised dish? Thanks

If you want to watch other satellites, you need either a multi lnb dish, or better still, a motorised one.

Thanks for the reply, i thought i might need a motorised one, that would do the job? All i am wanting is to watch the sky channels and to get sky italia for the premier league
Would this one work http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Maximum-E-85-M...item3cb5deb9dd Last edited by gpr257806; 25-03-11 at 09:20 AM. |

Sky It is on Hotbird 13e, so you would not need 5 LNB's just 2. You could use 4 LNB's with a 4 way Diseqc switch which would be relatively easy and cheap to setup.
