Default toshiba l40 x10

hi guys

wonder if u could help me i done a clean instail of win 7 everything loads but when i run windows update it instails the updates reboots and hangs i.e. dose bios then blank screen wont load windows and the only way to get it running again is to reinstail windows again

it was running vista but it dose the same as above i have tryed like 10 updates at a time it instals reboots fine then after another few it reboots and hangs any help would be greatfull

Obtain another HDD and test it on there and then see if the results are the same.

Also do you get a BSOD? when you install updates you should do a custom install of Updates and not all of em.
