Default Some Help please?

ive loaded the new firmware onto my box, scanned done a factory reset and and i only get 11 channels, and none of them work, dont get freeview channels either what have i done wrong?

Install, factory reset then scan for new, 1819

factory reset then turn box off at back then unplug then try again

You think he said that in his first post Keith If you read his first post asking for help you would realise he done a scan then factory reset. You install then factory reset, which deletes the channels then you scan to "find the new channels"

Try reading first then answer what you read.
