completly new to this game, i had the box for 3 days and i have just pressed the reset the box to factory default by mistake,
my box is now on standby then 0000 and the time reverts back to 12:00 every time i unplug and switch again. I can't get to the Menu screen. what have i done and how do I retify the problem.

Have you tried a power scan.

make sure your remote is working.....look at the remote sensor thro a fone camera, it will light up if it is working....
