So annoyed!!!!

So Annoyed!!! Yes I am. Its a while since a fix has been released for SV6 and SV7 but nothing for HD Combo . Yes I know so many people on here will say since you got HD Combo why don't you go to Dish side? well my problem is that the house I am renting has No satellite dish and I can not get one as there is a really tall building right in front where the dish is suppose to go.

I hope someone will know the answer when combo fix will be available.

BE PATIENT !!!!!!!!!!!!! It was stated that they will get SV6&7 up and running 100% then combo and digital duo.

You may think this is a silly question, but why buy the combo then when you cant have a dish up???

Least you can sell your combo if a fix does'nt come out, I have read on here why would sv fix the combo if the boxes are already all sold. Sell and buy a kv or sv again.

I'm in the same boat, bought the combo for the HD channels but can't have a dish.
Luckily, I've now got a KV so all is good.

How do you rate the kv Reiss? from when you had the sv on the old server, without the hd side to the combo.

I bought the combo for two different reasons
1. To watch HD channels which was great.
2. I am renting the apartment so If I move in the future I dont have to buy another box for the satellite or something like that.

I am hoping that they are working on it.

no comparison andy, i had 2 sv6's then sold 1 and bought combo for hd which wasnt supported for a long period of time. then i sold the 2nd and got a kv after reading good reports from various forums. the kv server is well maintained glitching is few and far between any channels that are down are usually restored within 24 hours. were as sv server was terrible chanels missing constantly, glitching like mad. but i wont totally diss sv as theyre actual boxes are far superior. the pic quality on my sv6's was better than kv, sv also catered for home streaming, pvr.

1/ They likely dont have a great stock of them to sell so fixing them is probably not even on their wish-list !.

2/ This particular set of firmware writers may not have the source code for the combo boxes so may not actually be able to do anything with them without a great effort.
