Hello
sorry 4 the new thread..but im cluless at this and need some guidance.

All my channels have gone!.had the box for 2 years and irs been fine until now... I have a sagem dbox. I have done a fast scan but got nothing. don a slow scan but no good,is there something im missing. please help. Thanks

Has your cable feed been cut? Do you have any other symptoms have you tried a newer image on the box?

the cable feed is fine as the non pay channel;s are working. im not sure what u mean by try a newer image. how do i do that?.

Ah - I thought you meant that you did a scan and found no channels. So you've scanned, found all the channels but the pay channels are a black screen, is that correct?

yes thats right- sorry i wasnt clear.
the program listings are all there but no picture. only on bbc etc

Try changing the emulator, AIUI in sportster it is in the blue button advanced menu.

You could try a different image, there are instructions in the Tuts on the gmail drive how to do that.
