My xbox 360 has been working on my tv for months but I turned it on recently and it flickers with several overlapping images. I managed to get to settings and change it to pal 50 which is the only other option, which resolves the screen issue but means I can't play any games as they are not compatible with pal 50.
The xbox works on other tvs ( goodman and bush tvs) but not the tv I need itnto work on, which is a toshiba. The toshiba is the newest of the three so it's age is not the problem. Why has it suddenly stopped working on 60 and how do I solve it? help is much appreciated. I am posting this in the tv section as well, but thought I may get an answer here too

Check the menu on the television, mine isn't a Toshiba but there's an option to select PAL50/60 and NTSC. You may also want to try "Auto", that means it should configure itself when you connect something to it.
