There is S-ware available for the Cable side, it's not offering free access.
However if you know someone with Cable CS you'll be fine. Not the answer most would like to hear, but maybe a temp fix for some. |

It had been on Biqmaq TB for a while, it may or may not still be there.
I don't use it so you'll have to look for yourself. Look around and you'll no doubt find it. Bear in mind you'll need CS access which most ppl will struggle to get hold of. |
