I reference this site a lot with my set-up since I use a General Satellite STB. It has the Express AM44, Express AM1, Express AM22, Express AM2, Express AM33, Express AM3, Express MD1, Express A4, Express A2, W4 and Bonum-1. Hope it's helpful for you!

Here is another one that is real good for general satellite footprints, satbeams.com.

this one doesn't have the ones for platforma though, you can just use lyngsat m8
Platforma HD on Eurobird 9A at 9.0°E - LyngSat
