Just to confirm any one on 4.3 with a iphone 3gs or 4,if your on 4.3 you can jailbreak just install the greenpoisen 4.2 version, and it will downgrade your filmwear to 4.2 i can confirm this works as i have done it 3 times plenty of videos on google.this works i was stuck on 4.3 done this now on 4.2 with jailbreak.just thought id let ya know.

4.3.3 is jailbreakable and can be unlocked with redsnow or ultrasnow depending on the baseband version

can i JB iPhone 3GS 4.3.3 (8J2) BB 05.16.02 without upgrading he baseband to the ipad baseband?

You should be able to unlock it if your still on 4.3.3 it's only iOS 5 with that baseband you can't unlock, unless you use the iPad baseband but then you lose your GPS! Think there is something in the pipeline to sort this though.

it's easier to visit jailbreakme.com from safari on your iPhone. That will jailbreak it easily!! firmwares up until 4.3.3

now you don't need the jailbreak to have your iphone 4 unlocked....
