Default vm card expired?

hi,
now that kryptview is down i connected my vm box back because i have the M package which is free and i get the FTA channels. When i go into settings and technical stuff it says card status : expired! Also when i change channels now it says the card it not inserted properly and some channels may not work?
I have not used this box in over 2 months. Does the card expire if not in use? thanks

you should always keep your subbed box connected to a live feed for important updates etc. so your box hsnt been updated, so theyve basically made the box redundant. you should give them a call to have the card reactivated. but they probably gonna ask why you havent been using it or noticed it was down. tell them your also a sky customer so havent used their box in a while.

We think alike mate lol i called them and said i was a sky customer aswell then the guy tried a few things but dint work so i went into the 'fix it' assistant on the box and boom it sent some 'updates' and it seems to be working fine now. Hope they dont go through my internet activity and notice the kryptview box .
