Eurovox V3 and Virgin Croydon - Scanning problem...Help Required

Hi,

Im running a Eurovox V3 2007 s/w and am having problems doing any type of a scan on Virgin in Croydon.

You get about 12 channels but the other 180 or so are missing.

I presume there has to be a frequency setting that needs changing ....can anybody advise ?

I have the same problem! Was told that you need to manually obtain frequencies and do a manual scan, i had it all setup for me by someone.

Wasnt it you that said we need to downgrade software or something? lol. If your a bit more knowledgeable about this whole Eurovox thing maybe you could upload the final settings or whatever? (have no idea how this all works.. lol)
