Help please i really am a novice at this, i have a 1gb memory in my computer and i want to double it my motherboard has 4 slots Yellow/Blue/Yellow/Blue, my i gb stick is in the first Yellow slot my question is does the second one go into the second slot which is Blue or do i put it in the other Yellow slot, below are photos of the slots and my memory stick thank you i would be very grateful for your answers:thinking:

The slots are colour co-ordinated, so you put the second memory stick into the same colour slot as the first memory stick.
Ensure you get the same type of memory, an easy way to do this is to use the crucial.com online memory scanner. |
