Firmware Issue, Eurovox max 2007 red box

i got a problem maybe firmware related, i bought 2 eurovox max 2007 red box's
one last week and one this week,
The first Box has firmware file EUROVOX_MAX_RED_BOX_19_02_07.bin loaded on it
The second Box has EUROVOX_MAX_RED_BOX_15_03_07.bin loaded on it
now the first box is great all channels come up on a powerscan
but the second box is very poor and dont pick up channels very well, a lot are missing.
so under further investigation i noticed the second box all the frequencies are always one number below, example
box1 131.000mhz , box2 130.000mhz
and same with channels, example
box1 ukgold 627.00mhz, box2 ukgold 626.00mhz

so it looks like a firmwae issue, there's a 1.000mhz shift between them,
interesting hey, has anyone else seen this yet?
