Default net id problem

just loking to get my freeview channels working i have done a factory reset and have version 3 firmware but when i do a channel rescan only gives me 4 options and no net id to select any help please . also i know there are probs with non freeto air just i done rescan and lost all my other freeview channels on telepest rescan only gives me channels 1 to 11 to scan

choose telewest and the network then press green button and net Ids should apper

ok try this go to menu - installation hit factory default let that happen nxt go to user preference - delete all channels let that happen what comes up nxt is easy insatallion scroll down to automatic search press ok select network t/w scroll down again channel search = network then hit green button up come list of network ids search for your s then select it hit ok then it will find all channels etc

hi tried all of above my problem seems to be selecting the net id this option is not available just allows me to select network then when try nnd update using green button gos straight to channel scan channels 4 to 11 which gives me only some of the channels , should i try and load software back in again as lost net ids when boxes went down , have tried reseting router and know my cable ios ok as my mates stinkyview works off cable hoping you can help and chers for help so far

if you do a factory reset and delete all channels then the nxt thing is to do is easy insatallion and do i say in the above post
