Hey guys, just wondering if anybody can help me out...
![]() I don't know a lot about TV's and I'm looking to get a cheap but okayish one for me and my girlfriend (we're moving out soon so we want a decent sized TV). We stumbled upon this little thing over here: http://www.sainsburys.co.uk/sol/shop...nav=4294960182 40" at £300, didn't think it was too bad to be honest. Though I've never heard of Emotion and I've not really got a clue about the specs. I know it's 1080p and has HDMI ports (which is all I really want) but how's the contrast ratio and things like that? Basically will this TV be okay for normal digital TV viewing and PS3 gaming without looking weird?. We've got a smaller TV and the HD and colours look weird and kind of blurry and the built in speakers sound kind of like they're... repressed? I can't think of a word for it, but they aren't great quality. I don't want a repeat of that but on a larger scale, especially since money is fairly tight and I want this buy to be a solid one. Thoughts/advice/better deals are most welcome! Thanks!

If you've got a Richer Sounds in your area they are very reasonably priced for lots of different makes and screen sizes. Also Makro were doing an offer on a 43" Samsung 3D TV for £480.
