Default One for the "CODER" maybe

This is a technical question for the INFORMED only to answer, whilst i am very happy with the SV team efforts to get us back up and running, i was wondering why does it take so long to bring ALL channels back working, when the KV team are talking of getting full package back online in a few days.
I do realise that the KV had all their equipment still in place and was just a case of moving to a new and safer location and the SV basically had to start from scratch but having it all in place now the question is why is it still taking so long to finally get all channels back on...i don't know who the clever ones on here are but i've read quite a few of coders posts and he springs readily to mind for this to be answered

There would be numerous reasons, although primarily you would have to source multiple subscriptions (20+ ) not such an easy task with the previous issues. I’m sure people would not be queuing to do this nowadays. This could however be less with mult-room.

There is then the extraction of the necessary info from the STB’s.

There is much more involved than people imagine.

Think you've just about covered it there - its mostly down to getting hold of subscriptions.

From what I can work out, SV had all of their upload equipment in one place so when they got raided they lost the lot. All their eggs were in were in one basket.

KV, on the other hand, apears to have a distributed network with uploaders in many seperate places. The recent troubles seems to of only taken out a minor branch of the network with the rest being closed down to protect the other uploaders.
