Help with EUROVOX MAX plz - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

Hiya All,
This is my first thread and i am a novice, I have eurovox box and am having problems, firstly and most importantly my SkySports 1 is not working and i dont know what to do can someone please help me. Thanks all.

clear all your channel data and do a full power scan..

an auto scan should pick it back up,it should be near the end of your channel list, if this dosnt work then do a power scan

Just did a power scan and i have found it on channel 258, is it a good idea to do a software update;if so how do i do one and how do i know what model i have and what software i have at the moment?

if it came in a red box its 2007 if blue its 2006. as for s/ware press menu , then move along to config, then system info,
