Not Connected

Hiya!I am relly new to this & I been doing a lot of research & reading but still cannot get my Starview 7 to get Premium Channels.

It's saying "Not Connected" at the bottom!

can Someone please help?

Have you installed the new software ...theshowmustgoon

If so

Factory default
Scan in your area
Select a channel and press 1819

Same Problem with one of mine
p.s The boxes front cover comes down where a card normally can go in but the others is tightly sealed and they work

Someone has forcefully opened the cover i did that for experiment to see what was behind it....

First of all you need to mkae sure the software has been flased onto the box once that has been carried out you can then follow the instruction below:

Factory default (reset)
Scan in your area (delete all old channels and get a fresh list.
Select a paying channel i usually do Sly Sports1 and press 1819 which then will show up enable on left hand side on top of screen! all the best!

If you cant do the above then You need someone to do it for you. Good Luck all the best!!!!

some channels are going on and off how come is the server begin updated again i was watching chelsea match when it went off
