Unhappy Birmingham?

Calling out to anyone in Birmingham, if you could help me please.

I have done a factoory reset and re-scan 4 times now since the channels have been coming back slowly.

I select telewest and network id Birmingham 750, but i get no channels at all APART from the Adult Previews (CH 0470)

So does anyone use Birmingham TDN?
Is anyone else having the same problem as me?

My box was working perfectly fine before, although i have never updated it since i bought it back in Nov 2010.

Someone help please!!

My friend tried the TDN id when the 750 one didn't work, it worked after that, so try it.
