Glitching is an inherant problem in any cardshare system and its damn nigh impossible to completely illiminate it as there is absolutely no control over some of its main causes - namely the internet route and the internet lag.

Unfortunately, ISP's change their routes almost daily as they seek to find the cheapest solution to transferring mamoth amounts of data (yes, there is a lot of peering but there are also lots of charges associated with moving data over other peoples networks). That means you may get perfect glitch free decryption one day and be hard pressed to get anything at all the next day.

Lag is the other major problem. This is basically down to how busy the internet is. If its so busy that your having difficulty even browsing then how can you expect a service like CS (which requires very timely data delivery) to work flawlessly ?
